I'm not the most experienced with it unfortunately, I've only figured out a few things so far, but for the weapons, load the m2 up with it, you should get a bunch of text that mostly won't make any sense, that's fine. Just pull up the search and type ".blp". It should find a few files.

Hmm, yeah, that's actually not the usual issue I've had with them, though might still be the same fix, also make sure you're running TXID fix on Shadowlands models too.
