maybe it's a problem with big alpha, cataclysm has a new map alpha. NEVER use "map to big alpha" or "map to old alpha" functions, otherwise your whole map will be ruined. Also make backups of your map to restore in case of troubles. If you have a few of these problems with textures, then you can fix them manually.

I don't know how to fix this automatically, but every time I used "map to big alpha" function, it broke the map every time.
