It's a creature model rather than a spell model. Go to the dreadsteed spell -> look at effects -> look at mount -> see misc value A for the mount ID. This is a display ID or a creature ID (I forget), but you can check in the world database for that ID in creature_template, and check for that ID in creature_model_data. You can get the Display ID / Model ID from that information and look that up in the DBC files to find the M2 path
