Anyone know if you can copy this bottom effect, in this example with a new ID, like you can do with the above visual effects (set it to zero, copy/paste, it creates a new ID)?

but if i change the area effect size, and save, it will change the visuals size of the 4527 effect on all the spells that have it, so i was wondering if theres a way to give the 4527 its own unique ID too, like it does above for the cast kits when i paste those

Copy and paste the spell visual effect. But that's broken when copying between spells in 2.0, fixed in master
