Yes, on your custom spell set the spell visual ID to 0. Copy the StateKit from the Blizzlike spell, and paste it into your custom spell with no visual ID

does this look correct? I pasted the statekit but it didn't show up on the left in the box

yup, just use the correct save button (it's different to the normal one, on top right still)
