this is the latest "public" version: <https://github.com/WowDevTools/Blender-WMO-import-export-scripts>

I haven't used the latest but I think it's what most people use by now

So i downloaded it, moved "io_scene_wmo" to "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.0\3.0\scripts\addons" and restarted the blender program, clicked edit and preference, then Add-ons and filtered for WMO selecting "Official, community and testing" yet nothing
