Well since it happens with deadmines too which is a normal lap, that's not the issue

Onyxias lair is the one that's an og map and just extra stuff added. Blizzard areas fine, custom nope.
Deadmines is all new despite having the same name. All of that is broken.

You need to check the extractors code and see what causes that error message "can't open raw model x"

Since it's spitting that message out with stock client no custom stuff I assumed that might be a red herring.

Well "couldn't open rootwmo" seems to happen first and is the main issue

Yeah the extractor and docs mention that `ERROR: Can't open raw model file: Buildings/Final_Stage.wmo` etc is normal. But no mention of the OnyxiasLair one. But since it's happening with a fully clean client I don't think that's related.
