Depends what you define as easy. I export DBCs to MySQL / MariaDB and work through Navicat, it's much easier to do bulk changes and research / reverse engineering that way.

Yeah wdbx is one of the better ones, that's for sure, but I only really use it for export/import of the files to DB. I have yet to see a dedicated DBC editor which would allow me as easy editing as Database can.
