So I found out that the blp used for the weapon model is hardcoded into the m2 file. I've edited it in 010 editor to choose the proper texture, but now I've got no weapon model in game at all. Any ideas on what else I could have missed?

Maybe a silly question, but when you edited the hardcoded path did you make sure it was the same number of bytes used? i.e: you didn't break offsets
