just try that tool, install as described, then drag the m2 on it and after that run the multiconverter as usual

can i use the tools on the corrupted file or is dead ? i need to re-download all ?

you may have to switch the slashes in texture paths from / to \ or replace that in the listfile, though. Can't remember which way wow supports. If they are wrong they turn up green ingame.

Hmmm I'd guess the files are broken... you can try running it afterwards and see, but I wouldn't count on it
