so im having an issue atm.. im trying to make a new item that would teach the user all the riding skills.. and im trying to use "Tome of COld weather flying" as an example.. and it has a flag that i havent seen before.
So i looked into "ItemPrototype.h" since a few google searches suggested that.. but the flags in there come up in hex?

I'm gonna double check to make sure it does need a patch, and if it does I'll just use wine. Thanks for the suggestion, I forgot it existed
