I dunno, I see plenty of jobs advertising for qualifications way over what they are expecting, but that's usually because they are recruiting for anyone who is a good candidate and they don't really have strict requirements

I rather recruit someone with 1+ year exp & highly motivated, than a 5+ year exp with no passion at all
