I have here one annoying system message popping that I would like to not send to chat frame but I dont want to disable all system messages tho

Hey guys, I am trying to create a new race for 1.12. I was wondering if there was a guide someone could point me to that lists all of the entries client and server side that I need to edit for this to work. My project seems like it would be rather simple, just making a Dark Iron Dwarf race which reuses almost all assets. I just want to implement this in a way that nothing gets replaced to avoid that annoying model swap side effect where you are replacing stuff. Since this is just for a personal private server, patching client and server side wont be a barrier for me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
