yes, and related item_effect must have TriggerType = 0 (ITEM_SPELLTRIGGER_ON_USE)

I tried to do this, but it did not work. Also, in the item_script_names table there is an item 39878. It is clickable, but there is no record for it in that table. At least I did not find it on wago
