I simply inserted a row into an empty table, indicated 8 in the language field (as in the localization, Russian) but this did not allow me to create a character with the name Illidan, did I somehow do it wrong?

Have you managed to solve this issue? I am actually having the same one, where my SSL cert is valid, and I connect through my domain in the same setup as you, only to get disconnected via the same error.
