TDB_full_world_1105.24111_2024_11_16.sql is located in the folder with worldserver.exe doesn't he download it himself? In HeidiSQL, I can see the world database with job descriptions and everything else, in English, so it extracted the world database + he also added a Hotfix database, which is downloaded from the main 2 file
