basically i think that a jumpcharge might just have a spell hiding in params instead of SpellEffect.db2

gotta be lock-able behind conditions for the jump only though, thinking sigil of flame talent after infernal strike

all I know is there is an attribute that ignores distance checks for the triggered spell after the jump charge spell
