BLP Converter:
This converts blps to png files so you can edit them, then allows you to convert them back to blp and add them into warcraft! you can decal your mounts, armor anything! loading screens even!

DBC Editor:
Allows you to just go in and edit the DBC file, no csv converting or anything needed!

The flaw with this is that i cant view the new .m2s. I can open common.mpq, that was easy, i just redid some files, but i cant view the new .m2s. I can get the toolbar of the model, but there is no image, it might just be that it isnt linked to a skin, but normally the texture just goes all white
