if areatrigger related to areatrigger_create_properties 19479 is not sent in sniff you have to write your own areatrigger_create_properties entry. You are forced to use `IsServerSide=0` on the areatrigger_template end and then it should work. Use some random high up id to not interfere with blizzards ids. The issue is that we kinda limited ourselves with the areatrigger system - meji is working on a rework already to fix this issue
