As it might not be so clear, trinitycore/circle-ci:master-base-22.04 is created by https://github.com/TrinityCore/circle-ci...Dockerfile once every few years when we change dependencies or requirements . It's built by Circle CI at https://circleci.com/ , which is why we have a Circle CI image as base as that's supposed to be faster
