The ports are not blocked, my IP address is whitelisted on the server. Routing traffic to the server occurs without problems.

because from the computer you are keep trying to do it's clearly not working and could be like 1000 reasons why your client breaks after first time working like an external program changing files, hdd problems who knows

ask a friend to lend you one so you can at least figure out if your computer has something wrong or the server has something wrong

anyway from what you have said it seems to be a problem specific to that computer you are using, not the server
