i haven't messed with hotfixes for some time, i might be on dated knowledge but if you're doing a lot of hotfixes it'll freeze the client at login to world

i imagine there's enough rows that need to be edited that it still causes a noticable pause.

gotcha. i have a sinking suspicion it is to do with how many hotfixes the client has loaded already as well / how much has been written into the dbcache bin as well
