in dev mode it will work (which is default for local dev automatically)

the certificate tc uses has a dummy `*.*` domain name that worked back when this new bnetserver was introduced, for 6.2.4 client

If you create a new cert, install it on your windows, load it in bnet it will work with non dev mode
