It appears to be empty. This FS was extracted with a root user using "docker extract", there's nothing in that specific "bin" dir within the output.tar

idk if the date is important, but the empty "bin" directory has a modified date at 2022-09-06 (YMD), if something was changed then. Though I have no idea if that is a part of the cimg/base trinitycore/circle-ci or trinitycore(dockerfile) or some other script that produces it.

Seems like the base for the tc-dockerfile was changed with https://github.com/TrinityCore/circle-ci...fcd3b692a7 on 2022-09-12 to be the current cimg/base.
