I ran sql/create/create_mysql.sql but its the same.
II pretty much just installed using git clone, and the cmake version that ships with 22.04.
Then I extracted maps with mapextractor and vmap4extractor.
Then downloaded an extracted TDB_full_927.22111_2022_11_20.7z.
No silly windows stuff.

ok what happens when just run sql/base/characters_database.sql in char db, the run worldserver only once (this is important, i want to see the error from first attempt)
