Oh man and an added bonus would be an icon change to the correct icon for the creature ; not the sheep.

Would look great Imo and it's decidely magish as a spell. I wish I knew how to change the new of spells or I'd suggest to rename Polymorph to something more representative of the model.
But yeah Warpstorm.m2 is my request +rep if you can do it
