I was wondering about that, can't see missing opcodes related to that, so I think it might be sent alongside existing character data, I'll be taking a look myself in a bit. Hopefully could get it linked to a table value if not already. Plus the vulpera bags, but that might be separate.

Vulpera bags is literally `SetInventorySlotCount` and the bnet auth slots is also `SetInventorySlotCount` with `PLAYER_LOCAL_FLAG_ACCOUNT_SECURED`
