First time downloading. I did not download 8.3 previously, though I did install 8.3 official retail in another directory and tried extracting those.

At first I ran the arcticum launcher and it downloaded data of its own. I tried extracting that and that failed. I then went and downloaded the arcticum client data and tried that and it still failed.
