And I still need to look at other spells to figure out what exactly the spell needs to do under the hood to work as intended.

Make a copy of "Sprint" from a rogue (it gives the movement speed) and add attack speed to it?

Issue is that Thirst for Blood is two spells in one, the aura that procs the buff, and the buff itself, which also stacks.

Take any dummy spell that does absolutely nothing or is something similar and rebuild it, I have done this several times

Okay, yes, but that doesn't help me find spells to reference so I can figure out how I need to set the spell up to actually function.
