I want to tweak Intellect in 3.3.5 to give Spell Power similarly to how Strength and Agility give Attack Power (though I'm not intending for an extreme amount of SP per point of agi.) What bit of the codebase would I need to poke at to find where stats from other stats are handled?

If your are doing this to certain classes you can do it with a hidden aura

You could grab the talent from shamman that increases atack power bases on intelect as an exemple
