This application has failed to start because d2dx9_30.dll was not found.
Re-installing this application may fix this problem
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can get it at DLL-files.com - d3dx9_30.dll, free download
Download DirectX 9.0c (full package) - the latest version of Direct X may fix your problem if you cant view .m2

Edit: I guess there isnt really an instalation.. Just extract files(I use z-zip) and open it up, there should be a couple folders in there.
You should eventually see an Icon that looks similar to the WoW icon. and just double click it
