I'm quite sure I scoured every corner of the internet for said files since my drive got wiped. They do not seem to be publicly available anymore..

The ones I found and I believe I checked all were for sale or maps. I did find the patches through some servers that currently use them and please correct me if I am wrong but I recall there being a way of extracting the DBC files from the patches

Now it's only a question of whether i can locate the displayids inside of the extracted dbcs so I could put them manually back together
