My guess is first check the description of the item in the item_template. They could handle the buying in a custom script and just put the icons/ect in description or If its not there then its probably all handled in a custom script but it seems to be modifying the description of the item instead of adding a line to the item's tooltip. But yes most def is custom and not blizzlike/trinitycore thing. Kind of a bad way to handle it too imo but you know people have done some weird things in private servers.
