this limit is a client hard stat cap - while you can assign a higher stat value on a single item, the cap exists on character stats (you cannot have more stat from all of your gear combined) and is not a random pick by us but rather comes from packet structure limitations

It says that it has a pathing preview thing in the app, and a picture of a game viewer on the github page. But the former won't load, and I can't find the later.

the pathing preview was only on one screenshot and eventually it wasn't finished, if you mean Tools -> Path preview, this is a totally different thing, requested by killerwife, but it was made to display all the paths at once in 2d, so spot empty areas (which most likely means areas that needs sniffing for paths). And the 3D game view is in Views -> Game view or something like this, but this can only view the world only
