need the crashlog, there should be a "Crashes" directory in the same directory as your mmaps_generator

but this suggests your custom map is broken on that tile, and you might have to fix it up. I don't remember all the things that can go wrong with mmaps, but it might include broken/invalid models or impossible terrain

then you can either run it in debug mode and debug it in visual studio, which will catch errors that dbghelp cannot catch (stack overflow/out of memory issues)
or, look closely at what changes you have applied to that chunk. If you have not edited it, you might be running out of memory/disk space.
