in worldserver conf you can only modify the talents for all players

I found in player.cpp some permission=21 it's checking player talents and if player have > 71 it's resetting talents back to 71,but I can't find where I can change this limit for resetting

nice, i wouldnt touch core without someone who knows what to do but it is a simple fix if you find the code im sure
