Cause I feel because you tried to delete the "mysql" database it will have deleted some stuff so might screw up your mysql server. I would suggest, creating a clean mysql server and not touch mysql database anymore

okay if you did that, then just execute the quries for making a user , the authserver/worldserver should automatically create your databases
