Can have negative side effects what you just did, for example the server could process these files a second time and therefore try to add this collums again what would result into a new crash

From the Screenshot, the query was Guarded by a condition and it was skipped for you because of that. That should not have happend. But I don't have access to that database so I just assumed that this way will solve it for you.

If the condition prevented it the first time, it will do so in the future so my case where you crash should not happen
