i wonder if im not executing the sql files the right way in heidisql, because it gives lots of errors sometimes

Depends what sql files, sometimes you need to execute them in the right database.

well im running Rocket2 world teleporter, i believe that goes in the world DB, and i click this, and pick the sql file, it just gets lots of errors and it didnt work this time.

Depending what database is selected and what sql file you load it might be in the wrong database. If its global sql like creating databases and users it would be sufficient to run it in the "main" mysql environment, if its sql thats means for a specific database you might click on the database you need then go to Query on the right, next to database: <yourdatabasename> then right click the query and do, load sql file
