vs. normal spells where the client allows you to send the `CMSG_CAST_SPELL ` events within the spell queue window. I wonder if you can increase dps by modifying the client to sent `CMSG_CAST_SPELL ` for rune abilities so that by the time it gets to the server your rune is back up and the spell is successful
