just because you manually set MYSQL_INCLUDE_DIR on the command line to *anything* doesnt mean it will compile properly

and you dont need to be rude , you could just said that im using MYSQL_SOURCE instead of MYSQL_BUILD
and in there i will find
LIBMYSQL.LIB | Instead of LIBMYSQL.CC
therefor is the Manual Path in case it is not included in System Path and/or shell.path !
P.S.:
for all those that doesnt know what is the difference between Mysql_Source && Mysql_Build is that Source need to be Pre-Compiled Before Using !
