Forgive me if i'm being silly. The announce command, will send a message to everyone's chat. By default it says [SERVER].
I have some memory of doing a command that was more like a raid warning. It made a noise, came right up on your screen. I also have memory of this being related to like a... unexpected server shutdown or something. But i'm stretching I think.
Is there any method to send a noisy message to everyone?
