this isnt overflow, this is blizzlike spellpower scaling penalty for using lower spell ranks when you are too high level (even the highest rank has a level cap, its just higher than 80)

I love customization, but I can't understand why so many are fixated on big numbers and stats. Why no one is trying to just improve mechanics and such...
