yeah. if you want to create a custom rockbiter component that behaves the same way as this one, you need to create a new spell family, create multiple enchantment spell variants for each rank AND the ranks for the spell itself AND adapt the effect handler code

I don't even intend to use ranks. I just wanna make the spell work a little more like in Cata as a flat %-based Threat Generation increase. But trying to figure out what the hell is going on here for that is... breaking my brain.
