The stock Lua library does, we just use their cmakefile, but it's not supposed to install to that directory

You only need the dll if you compile with dynamic library, I think we do that by default now instead of the lib

Pretty sure it's currently set up to build and install to a separate deps directory in the build directory

Yeah, it uses the install prefix, so that makes sense, I probably never noticed since I don't use the install step
