When I use the .respawn command it should disappear too, because the NPC was reborn.

I think the way it's designed is that the corpse typically despawns before the npc respawns. Maybe not in every scenario (pending loot).

If you use a command you are bypassing the normal system. You can always change the behaviour.

When using the command, as well as the npc being reborn and the body having to sink, there is no point in the body continuing.
