Blizzard didn't remove it, probably they removed the teleport to it

Idk if this is a known bug, and don't think there is anything different with my fork but it seems like you can cast spells like 2006 - Resurrection - (Rank 1) on living unit targets by just sending the spell cast packet. https://i.gyazo.com/68e467739efd21c114f7...7b3109.mp4
