I'm doing this through DBC. I take it such an option isn't possible that way? Or can the spell_proc stuff affect DBC spells?

Right, am I correct saying that this spell have a 2% proc chance to trigger spell 100035 on any damage-dealing spell hit *or* DoT/HoT going off?

And if I then add a Spell_Proc entry for it that has a SchoolMask of 32 it will only trigger on any spell in the Shadow school that applies damage, or periodic effects?
