I know I'm late to the party, but I *feel* this on every level. I am constantly having people complain that mods aren't working, because they put a patch in the wrong place.

Hey, can i ask what .dbc file should i edit for this config, and is it a fix for linking files with |ccff etc colors?

It might be -1 is for custom colors, but it might not support everything you expect

nah i dont really mind it, i just saw that i can write the info of the item in a dbc file for it to be legit
