Im in this for the fun, and I respect and understand that you dont like repacks but if you treat stupid and basic questions with go ask in another channel where youll probably get the same answer (You cant or its very hard to do) then why do you expect people to bother?

Because this is a channel for 3.3.5 which doesn't have custom spells in it. Hence why you are told to ask in custom which is the appropriate channel for non 3.3.5 questions

(the reason to ask in <#870722120458600528> is that some people doing custom only have that channel on ping, not this one)

But 335 and latest work completely differently (as far as I understand). So the only people who can help me are here (or in wotlk classic). Are there people working on TC who work on custom content for 335 and latest but never visit those channels? Like yeah if the chats per minute were 20 and non-stop chatting was happening Id understand but at a pace of 10 chats per hour a response can be: "Hey go here and look at this, this is how you do the thing you ask"#

So the purpose of this channel is purely installation support?

i don't mind answering it here, it doesn't matter too much, but people point you to the channel to get help easier there because different people listen to different channels. This is something custom people would know better.
I don't think there is an upper limit aside from the uint32/maybe int32 limit (i've had spells with ids in the millions at least), but spells in trinitycore are stored in vectors for performance reasons, so the higher your spell ids the larger this array will be
